When I go to "Bluetooth and Other Device Settings" - I can see my Bose headphones but I'm not able to either connect to them or remove them. When I go to manage devices, I can click remove my headphones but they don't get removed. Just in some angle, for the people super importance ANC OFF feature, they might will claim and say 'Only fool will buy QC45' such words, and that might be reasonable. Personally, I think if BOSE wants gave NC700 more features, just leave the multi-level control for it. ANC OFF for QC45 is just totally fine.(almost all the ANC headphones got it.).
