With Ancestral, you take a lot of damage since the gear isn't very tanky. With Armadyl, or Masori(Tbow with both) you can 5:0, pray flick, and b2p tab/brew easily to max hp. I'd recommend running blood barrage a lot more than attempting thralls/5:0 since the minions do so much damage.
